At GreatestCustom, every item is uniquely made-to-order just for you. Because our products are personalized and produced on demand, our shipping process involves two main steps: Production (Handling) Time and Shipping (Transit) Time.
We strive to provide clear and transparent shipping information so you know what to expect throughout the fulfillment process.
1. General Shipping & Processing Terms
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PT) | Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT or on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
- Production (Handling) Time: The time required to personalize, print, manufacture, quality check, and package your made-to-order product before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping (Transit) Time: The time required for the shipping carrier to deliver your package after it has been shipped.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: Calculated as Production Time + Shipping Time.
Please note that all delivery timeframes shown on this page are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to holidays, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Timelines, Rates & Destinations
We use an item-based shipping rate structure (First Item + Additional Item). Please select your shipping destination below to view specific rates and estimated delivery windows:
🇺🇸 United States (Domestic Shipping) ▼
Standard Shipping Rate: $5.99 for the first item + $1.50 for each additional item (up to 6 items). Orders of 10 or more items enjoy a flat shipping rate of only $20.99 (no extra shipping charge per item after the 10th!).

⚡ Expedited & Express Shipping Options (USA Only)
We offer upgraded transit speeds for Standard 2D Apparel and Mugs & Drinkware to US domestic addresses. (Note: Production time remains 3–5 business days for all orders).
1. Ground Expedited Shipping:
• Rate: $19.99 for the first item + $19.99 for each additional item ($19.99 per item).
• Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days → Estimated Total Delivery: 6 – 9 Business Days
2. Express / Fast Shipping:
• Rate: $39.99 for the first item + $39.99 for each additional item ($39.99 per item).
• Transit Time: 1 – 2 Business Days → Estimated Total Delivery: 3 – 7 Business Days
🇪🇺 European Union (EU) ▼
Standard International Shipping Rate: $6.99 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item (up to 6 items). Orders of 8 or more items enjoy a flat shipping rate of only $27.99 (no extra shipping charge per item after the 8th!).
Note on Customs & Duties (DDU): Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.

Note on Customs & Duties (DDU): Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your custom product has finished production and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment real-time.
- Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the carrier's system to update with live scan data.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, scan frequency is outside of our immediate control.
4. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
Some orders containing multiple products (for example, apparel and drinkware) may be produced at different specialized production facilities. As a result, your items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.
5. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Although we work hard to meet all estimated delivery windows, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:
- Peak holiday shopping seasons and carrier volume overloads
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- Customs clearance inspections (for international shipments)
- National or regional public holidays
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding should these unexpected delays arise.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
We rely on the shipping information provided during checkout to deliver your order accurately. Please ensure that your shipping address, including any apartment, suite, unit number, or other delivery details, is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout may experience delays, be returned by the shipping carrier, or become undeliverable.
- If a package is returned by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or insufficient address, our Customer Support team can assist you in arranging a reshipment to the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before your order enters production or is shipped; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution based on the outcome of the investigation. Where appropriate, we may provide a free replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
For packages marked as "Delivered":
Occasionally, shipping carriers may scan a package as delivered up to 24 hours before the actual delivery. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not yet received your package, please:
- Check your porch, mailbox, garage, side entrance, or other safe locations around your property.
- Ask family members, roommates, neighbors, or your property manager if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait at least 24 hours, as carriers sometimes complete the final delivery shortly after updating the tracking status.
If your package is still missing after completing these steps, please contact us at support@greatestcustom.com within 30 days after the package is marked as delivered or after the estimated delivery window has passed.

8. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? ▼
We begin processing personalized orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@greatestcustom.com within 6 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once production has begun or the shipping label has been created.
Why hasn't my tracking number updated yet? ▼
Carriers often take 24–48 business hours to scan packages into their regional sorting hubs after picking them up from our production facilities. If it has been more than 3 business days without an update, please reach out to us!
Will I receive multiple packages for one order? ▼
Yes. If your order contains different types of personalized products (for example, a T-shirt and a custom mug), they may be produced at different specialized production facilities and shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional shipping cost.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes? ▼
For US domestic orders, no customs fees apply. For international shipments (EU, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.), packages may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes governed by your local laws, which are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
