Can I preview my personalized design before placing an order?

Yes! Most personalized products on our website include a live preview that updates automatically as you enter your name or initials, allowing you to review your design before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check all spelling and capitalization carefully, as your order will be custom-printed exactly as submitted at checkout.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Because every item is uniquely made-to-order specifically for you, production typically takes a few business days before dispatch. Once customized and printed at our specialized US production facilities, your package is handed over to carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For specific, up-to-date production timelines and estimated delivery windows based on your product, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

How do I choose the right size?

We strongly recommend checking our detailed size measurements before placing your order. You can easily find these measurements by clicking the "Size Guide" button located directly beneath the product description tabs on every product page to open the measurement pop-up. Since all GreatestCustom apparel is made-to-order specifically for you upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer free replacements for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing personalized orders shortly after they are placed to ensure rapid production. If you need to cancel your order or make modifications (such as updating a shipping address or correcting a spelling error), you must contact our Customer Support team via email within 6 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We stand behind the quality of our products! If your order arrives damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the personalization submitted at checkout, we will gladly provide a Free Replacement or a Full Refund. Simply reach out to us via email within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, and you will incur $0 return shipping costs.
