Note: All payments are securely processed through Stripe using encrypted connections. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or cash on delivery (COD).


2. Currency & Pricing

  • Default Currency: All prices listed on our website and processed at checkout are in US Dollars (USD).
  • International Transactions: If you are purchasing from outside the United States with a non-USD credit card or bank account, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the transaction amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.
  • No Hidden Fees: The total price shown at the final checkout screen—including the item price and calculated shipping rate—is the exact amount you will be charged. We do not charge any hidden fees, handling fees, or recurring subscription charges.

3. Billing & Payment Timing (Made-to-Order)

Because every item at GreatestCustom is uniquely personalized and produced on demand specifically for you, our billing process operates as follows:

  • Immediate Billing: Your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet will be charged immediately upon clicking the "Place Order" (or "Pay Now") button at checkout. This secures your order and allows us to begin processing your personalized order without delay.
  • Order Verification: To protect against fraudulent transactions, all orders are subject to security verification. If there is a discrepancy between your billing address and the address on file with your bank, our support team may reach out via email to verify your order before production begins.

4. Payment Security & Data Protection

Protecting your personal and payment information is important to us. The following measures help safeguard your information during checkout:

  • No Card Data Storage: All payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe through encrypted connections. GreatestCustom does not store or have access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or security code (CVV).

5. Troubleshooting & Refunds

Declined Payments: If your payment is declined at checkout, please first verify that your card details, billing address, and available funds are correct. If the issue persists, please contact your card issuer or reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed refund eligibility and processing timelines.
