1. General Store Conditions & Account Use
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws).
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect our business, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. All payment card data is strictly encrypted through our payment processor, Stripe, in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
2. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, images, and other website content accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or, where reasonably necessary, cancel an order if information displayed on our website is found to be inaccurate.
3. Made-to-Order Products & Personalization Rules
GreatestCustom specializes in made-to-order, name-personalized apparel and everyday accessories. Because every item is produced specifically for you based on your customized input, the following rules apply to all orders:
- Customer Responsibility for Spelling & Accuracy: Our production process prints the personalization details exactly as submitted during checkout. It is your sole responsibility to review your personalization details—including exact spelling, capitalization, names, and initials—before completing your purchase. GreatestCustom is not responsible for typographical errors, misspelling, or incorrect names entered by the customer, and we cannot issue refunds or free replacements for customer-input errors.
- Content Guidelines & Intellectual Property: You agree not to submit any personalization text that infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content you do not have the right to use. Furthermore, GreatestCustom maintains a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, defamatory language, or illegal content. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, and refund any order that violates these content guidelines without prior notice.
- Color & Mockup Representation: We strive to display the colors, typography, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors, mobile screens, and browser settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely accurate. Minor variations in color, positioning, and scale between digital renderings (mockups) and the final physical printed product are standard in custom manufacturing and do not constitute a product defect.
4. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms
All prices listed on GreatestCustom are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We operate under a transparent pricing model with no hidden charges or recurring subscription fees.
- Payment Timing: As our products are custom-made upon order placement, payment is required in full at checkout. When you click "Place Order," your payment method will be charged immediately via Stripe to authorize production.
- Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, where reasonably necessary, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Title
We partner with trusted production facilities located across the United States to fulfill and ship your orders. Production windows and shipping delivery estimates are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking updates and physical delivery are managed by the carrier. While we remain available to assist with shipping-related issues, we make every reasonable effort to help resolve delivery concerns. However, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times or delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 6. Order Modifications, Returns & Refunds
Because custom items enter our production queue rapidly, requests to modify a shipping address or cancel an order must be submitted via email within 6 hours after placing the order. Once an order has entered the printing or cut-and-sew assembly process, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Due to the personalized nature of our catalog, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by our production facilities, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund. Eligible claims are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party services, payment providers, or shipping carriers. GreatestCustom is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with these third-party services are governed strictly by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property Rights of GreatestCustom
All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital typography concepts, website design, and software—is the property of GreatestCustom or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not extract, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or website content without express written permission from us.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Your use of our website and services is at your sole risk. The service and all products delivered to you through the service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreatestCustom, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or production partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
