Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If your credit or debit card is declined:

1. Double-check all card details (card number, expiry date, CVV, billing address).
2. Ensure your card has sufficient available balance.
3. Verify that your card is enabled for online or international transactions.
4. Refresh the checkout page or try again in a new browser session.
5. Create a new order instead of retrying payment on the same failed order.
6. Contact your bank—many banks block international e-commerce transactions by default.
7. Try paying with a different card.

Payment Processing

Stripe processes payments immediately. Depending on your card issuer, it may take a few business days for the transaction or refund to appear on your statement.
