Cancellation & Modification

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@greatestcustom.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified. 

For Personalization Order: After placing an order, we will send a preview of order to your email withins 1-2 business days to confirm before printing (please also check your JUNK MAIL). And you will have 12 hours to confirm it, otherwise, the order will be fulfilled and you will no longer be able to modify.

Some personalized orders will have a different result depending on the background color, lighten and the resolution of the image. In case you receive the proof and do not satisfied, you can require to design according to your ideas. We are willing and ready to customize the product with completely free of charge.

We're sorry that can not cancel the order and refund all, in case there is no ways to redesign it, we will accept to refund and you will be charged 35% which include the management, design and transaction fee.

Please be informed that:

  • A Transaction Fee  will be applied for the cancellation.
  • We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons.
  • For Apparel: Heather Grey & Sport Grey are the same color.
