Cancellation & Modification

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email at support@greatestcustom.com with your order number and the modification or cancellation request. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Time Limit for Cancellation or Modification:

All orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After 2 hours, orders are locked for production and cannot be changed or cancelled. This applies to all products, whether they include a preview or not.

For Personalized Orders without Preview:

After placing an order, we will send a proof of your item to your email within 1–2 business days for your review and confirmation before printing (please also check your junk mail). You will have 12 hours to approve the proof. If you would like any changes to the design after receiving the proof, we are happy to make the modifications completely free of charge within the confirmation period. If the proof is not approved within 12 hours, the order will proceed to production and can no longer be modified.

For Personalized Orders with Preview:

For items that include a preview on our website before purchase, no proof will be sent via email. Orders will be fulfilled according to the design selected at the time of purchase. Customers may still cancel or modify their order within the 2-hour window. After 2 hours, the order will be locked for production and cannot be changed.

Personalized Orders – Important Notes

For personalized orders without a preview, we will produce the item based on the design shown on the mockup, including effects, colors, and resolution.

If you are not satisfied with the proof, you may request design adjustments until you are happy with the result. You may also provide additional personalization information, such as different images. If you have specific requirements or are a particularly detail-oriented customer, we strongly recommend contacting us before production so we can coordinate with our design team.

If you do not contact us prior to production and are not satisfied with the proof, a design fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.

Delivery time may be extended if your order requires multiple design modifications, depending on the complexity and the time required for completion.

For apparel: Heather Grey and Sport Grey are considered the same color.
